If the 4-wire RGB light strip only lights up white and cannot display other colors, there may be the following problems:

Connection error: Check whether the light strip is connected correctly. 4-wire RGB strips usually include red, green, blue and common anode or common cathode wiring. Make sure each wire is properly connected to the corresponding controller or power source.

Controller setup issues: Check if the controller settings are correct. Some controllers may require specific settings to display colors correctly. Make sure the controller is set to RGB mode and try adjusting the brightness and color parameters.

Power supply problem: Check whether the power supply is working properly. Insufficient voltage or current may cause the light strip to not display colors properly. Make sure the voltage and current of the power supply meet the requirements of the light strip.

Lamp bead failure: It may be caused by damage or failure of some RGB lamp beads. Check whether any lamp beads of a certain color on the light strip are not working properly. If so, the faulty lamp beads may need to be replaced.
